Carolyn Rebecca Taylor Goodwin
November 19, 1950 - July 31, 2024
DALLAS, N.C. – Carolyn Rebecca Taylor Goodwin, age 73, of Dallas passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
Carolyn was born November 19, 1950, in Galax, Virginia, to the late Harold Taylor and Dimple Christine Ring Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Peterson. She worked for C.M. Steel.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Goodwin; son, Scott Goodwin (Christy); granddaughter, Kennedy Goodwin; and sisters, Valerie Kinser, Debra Pruitt, and Janie Hartness.
A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held at a later date.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Goodwin family.
