LINCOLNTON, N.C.—Daniel Jim “Danny” Jenkins, age 59, of Victory Grove Church Road in Lincolnton, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
His funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Victory Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Ledford officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Danny was born August 28, 1967, in Gaston County, to the late Avery Franklin Jenkins and Dorothy Stanley Jenkins. He worked as a printer operator for several years at Rock-Tenn Paper Company.
He is survived by his ex-wife and long-time companion, Annette Deon; sons, Tyler Jenkins (Jaclyn), Casey Jenkins, and Brandon Jenkins; sisters, Angie Poarch and Brandi Wise; grandchildren, Kirra Leigh Deon, Peyton Jane Jenkins, Nora Rae Jenkins, and Tristan Sawyer Jenkins; and nieces and nephews, Avery, Morgan, Jacob, Caleb, and Silas.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Jenkins family.
