Jerry Little

Jerry Little A.K.A. SOUL CONTROL, was born to Babe Sinclair and Elizabeth Turner of Sherrills Ford, North Carolina on July 31, 1939. He was married to Anna Louise Shuford Little.
He leaves to cherish his memory three children: Ronald Eric Little of Newton, N.C., Krisina Dawn Little Jones of Moore, S.C., and Kimberly Renae Little McClary of Tampa, Fla. He also leaves six grandchildren: Jerrick Little of Newton, N.C., Jasmeia Nelson of Statesville, N.C., Tekybrien Little-McClary of Tampa, Fla., Tekiah McClary of Atlanta, Ga., Emerald Little of Spartanburg, S.C., and Zion Little of Spartanburg, S.C. He also leaves five great-grandchildren: Kamyra Robinson and Jullein Vanderburgh of Statesville, N.C., Mykiah Hester, Tristian Dunwoody, and Joslyn Dunwoody of North Carolina. He also leaves one grand dog Hunie Little. He also leaves two living brothers, Donnie Sinclair Little of Sherrills Ford, N.C., and Renford Little of Charlotte, N.C.; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two sisters, and three brothers.

A Celebration of Life will be 1 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2026 at New Prospect Baptist Church located at 8295 Azalea Rd, Sherrills Ford, NC 28673.
