LC Commissioners, Planning Board – Joint Public Hearing Jan. 6

LINCOLNTON, N.C. - The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and Planning Board will hold a joint meeting and public hearings on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following matters:
CZ #2022-5-A Sawyer’s Towing & Transport, LLC, applicant (Parcel ID# 91011) A request to amend a conditional zoning district to add a bar and outdoor entertainment areas as permitted uses and to remove the condition imposed by the current permit to only host private events. The 0.76-acre parcel is located at 3592 Gastonia Hwy. in Ironton Township.
Following the joint meeting, the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings to consider the following matters:
PA #61 Magnolia Road Apartments, LLC; Long Homes, LLC; Howard Builders, Inc., applicants (Parcel ID# 19866) A request for preliminary plat approval for a residential subdivision with up to 22 lots for single-family homes. The 24.74-acre site is located on the north side of Horseshoe Lake Road about 600 feet east of U.S. 321 in Lincolnton Township.
PA #62 John Shryock, applicant (Parcel ID# 32044 and 79143) A request for preliminary plat approval for a residential subdivision with up to 12 lots for single-family homes. The 11.15-acre site is located on the north side of Graham Road at the intersection with Mallard Road and Captain’s Way in Catawba Springs Township.
