Mary Ann Hamby Annas Whisnant
Mary Ann Hamby Annas Whisnant, age 74, of Lenoir, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
Mary was born November 8, 1950, in Caldwell County, to the late Kelly and Bessie Laws Hamby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Max Thomas Whisnant; first husband Richard Allen Annas; and a brother Larry Hamby.
She is survived by a daughter, Amanda Beach of Mt. Holly; son, Anthony Annas of Lenoir; brother, James Edgar Hamby of Lenoir; three grandchildren, Ana Beach, Kayla Nettles, and Steele Annas; and three great-grandchildren, Liam Hall, Tinsley Hall, and Emmalynn Thompson.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton is serving the Whisnant family.
