Phyllis Ann Fields Jacobs

LINCOLNTON, N.C.—Phyllis Ann Fields Jacobs, age 80, of Lincolnton, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Pastor Mike Robinson officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
Mrs. Jacobs was born January 23, 1946, in Washington, Indiana, to the late Don and Violet Ward Fields. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Keith Jacobs, and sister, Valerie Sanders.
Surviving are her children: son, Matthew Jacobs and wife Stephanie of Lincolnton; daughter, Jeri Ryan and husband Rob of Charlotte; brother, Dale Fields and wife Shelly; and four grandchildren, Parker Jacobs, Natalie Jacobs, Luke Ryan, and Zachary Ryan.
Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Jacobs family.
